This lightweight high-cut winter boot is made of Gore-Tex waterproof breathable shell.. In most other type of Gore-Tex boots the Gore-Tex material is placed between the fabrics of the upper portion of the boot, however with the Stratos XCR boot the Gore-Tex is the actual outer layer. This is boot is comfortable in the sense that keeps the foot securely in place with its form fitting inner mesh lining.
